The Department of Endocrine Surgery runs a MCh Endocrine Surgery programme and also a fellowship in Breast and Endocrine Surgery. The MCh course duration is 3 years, and the program admits 2 candidates every year. Admission to the course is through the NEET SS which is generally conducted in September every year. The fellowship in Endocrine and breast surgery is a one year program instituted to allow for short term training opportunities for candidates interested in doing focused endocrine surgery work. Admission to the fellowship course is through CMC’s fellowship entrance, which is conducted every year in the month of June. The department inducts one fellow every year and is granted at the successful completion an exit exam at the end of one year. The department also has visitors and observers both from within India and abroad for varying periods of time.
