  • If I book a wrong appointment online, will it be refunded?Appointments booked online will not be refunded as per our current policy.
  • If I have booked an appointment for the wrong department, is it possible for me to change the unit?At present, a change of unit is not possible for online appointments.
  • Is it possible for me to change my appointment date?Onetime postponement or advancement of appointment date is possible online. Visit our page: cmch-vellore and click on “Make online appointment” and you will be directed to the patient portal login page.
  • Should I bring my photo ID proof when I come to CMC Hospital?Yes, you should bring a government-issued photo ID proof when you come to CMC, Vellore. This is mandatory. Your ID proof will be verified at the entrance of the OPD.
  • If I have any problem while booking online, whom should I contact?If you have a problem while booking an online appointment, please refer to the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). You may also write to webappointment@cmcvellore.ac.in for assistance.
  • Can I make a new online appointment if I have a CMC Hospital number?No, you cannot use the new online appointment option if you already have a CMC Hospital number. Instead, you can login with your hospital number and book a repeat appointment.
  • If I have a CMC Hospital number, how should I book online?If you have a CMC Hospital number, please follow the procedure on our page: cmch-vellore, click on “Make online appointment” and you will be directed to the patient portal login page. Then enter your Hospital Number and Birth year.
  • What is Pre-registration for new Indian patients?Pre-registration is the facility given to all patients to complete their sociological data online and come to make an appointment at CMC at Silver Gate 600 (Private Patient Facility). For new Indian patient process, visit the page: cmch-vellore and click on “Make online appointment” and you will be directed to the patient portal login page.
  • Can I do my pre-registration and make a private new appointment in CMC?Yes, when you do the pre-registration, you will get a confirmation number. This can be presented at the SILVER GATE (600) anytime between:- 6.00 am to 8.30 pm (Monday to Friday)- 6.30 am to 6.00 pm (Saturday)- 6.30 am to 2.30 pm (Sunday)
  • Can I do pre-registration and make a general new appointment?
    Yes, with pre-registration, you will get a confirmation number. Please go to ISSCC Building, counters 2, 3, 4 to make a general appointment.
  • What is Net Banking?Net banking is a facility for patients to book reappointment and pay for online lab tests using their personal bank account. Visit our page: cmch-vellore and click on “Make online appointment” and you will be directed to the patient portal login page. Log in and then select “Online Payments.”
  • I do not have a debit or credit card to make a new OP appointment online. What should I do?Please fill up the pre-registration form online and present the confirmation number at the Pre-registration counter near SILVER GATE (600) in CMC Hospital campus for private appointments. For general appointments, you can go to ISSCC Building Ground floor counters. You will be given an appointment depending upon the availability.
  • What are the modes of payments online?Modes of payment:- Pay using Debit/Credit card- Pay using Net Banking
  • What is an online payment?When the doctor orders tests and appointments online, you can use the online payment option using your net banking facility, debit/credit card to pay instead of standing in a long queue.
  • How will I get the receipts and slips when I use the online payment option?You can take the printouts from your personal computer. Please ensure your email ID is correct. If you have a problem, please contact G 32, ISSCC Building.
  • Should I fill in separate new online registration for each department I choose to visit?No, please use the same hospital number which was given to you before. It is a one-time number (generic numbering system).
  • If I have a problem in online appointment on arrival at CMC, whom should I contact?On arrival, please contact your Floor Manager in room G52, OPD building, Ground floor.
  • Is there anyone to help me at the Katpadi Railway Station?Yes, CMC Help Desk is located at the entrance of platform no.1. Help Desk Number: 8300205250.
  • After reaching Vellore, where should I go for an early appointment?You can avail an early appointment from counter 492 in ISSCC building for general appointments and Silver Gate Room no. 600 for private appointments if cancellations are available. Please produce appropriate ID proof (Voter ID card, Aadhaar Card, Pan card, Passport, etc.). Hospital Number Card is mandatory for transactions.
  • Are there any guides available outside CMC?No, we do not have any official guides outside CMC. For any help, please contact our friendly reception staff orhospital staff. Please contact floor managers/patient care facilitators for help. Their duty numbers are displayed on each OP Floor.Beware of Touts. Don’t pay extra amount to anyone outside. Always ask for a payment receipt and check whether you paid any extra amount.
  • Is there any CMC authorized service center available outside CMC to book appointments?No, we do not have any service center outside. You can come directly to our cash counters to get an appointment.Please do not contact anyone outside CMC for appointments.
  • Is it possible to book an online appointment for two different departments?Yes, you can book an appointment for two different departments at the same time. Please choose the ‘New Clinic’ option for a department you have not visited before.
  • Whom should I report to if I have a complaint while I am in CMC?You may contact your Floor Manager, Patient Care Facilitators, or MCTT Supervisors. Their numbers are displayed on each floor of the Outpatient services.
  • I have a CMC old Hospital number, but by mistake, I made a new appointment through online. What should I do? Contact the OPD Manager’s Office located in OPD Building ground floor (G52), where both numbers will be continued as one Hospital Number. However, the new appointment will be canceled, and no refund will be given. You will have to make a new appointment with the old number.
  • Can I get treatment in CMC if I come alone?Yes, outpatient treatment is possible if you are alone. If you have to get admitted to the ward, a female attendant is mandatory.

  1. How can I pay for my Online Prescriptions?You can pay by either CMC Mobile App (or) Web using Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, etc.
  2. How can I get my medicines delivered?Login to the CMC Website (or) Mobile App and select the ’emeds Pharmacy’ icon for paying for the medicines prescribed online by your doctor. Once paid, these medicines will then be packed and sent by Post (or) Courier.
  3. Will I receive a tracking number?You will receive a tracking number to your registered mobile as a message (or) by email.
  4. Can all types of medicines be sent by Post (or) Courier?No, we cannot send temperature-sensitive medicines (to be stored between 2oC and 8oC), Narcotic Drugs, Habit-forming drugs, inflammable items, and certain other items.
  5. Who is the contact person to clarify doubts in Payment (or) Prescriptions?You can contact the Call Centre Executive at 0416-228 3465 during working hours (or) by email at emeds@cmcvellore.ac.in.
  6. Can I cancel my prescription once I have paid for it?Yes, you can cancel the prescription before shipment by making a request to our Call Centre either by phone at 0416-228 3465 or by email at emeds@cmcvellore.ac.in.
  7. How can I refill my regular prescriptions?You can contact your doctor through Tele Consultation (or) can contact the Call Centre either by phone at 0416-228 3465 or by email at emeds@cmcvellore.ac.in.
  8. How can I get a replacement (or) refund?If you receive expired (or) short expiry medicines (less than 3 months) or broken medicines, please inform our Call Centre and send an image with details by email to emeds@cmcvellore.ac.in. After discussing your representation, a decision will be taken whether to replace, refund or decline based on the evidence presented.
  9. Will I be able to return the medicines?No. However, in exceptional circumstances with the consent of the Physician, medicines can be returned as per the institution’s Policy and based on the justification given.

    • To initiate the process for delivering medicines, click on the ‘proceed’ button at the bottom of this page
    • Enter your hospital number and password and you will enter into the next page
    • Four icons will be shown – Appointments, Teleconsultation, Payments, and eMEDS Delivery
    • Click the icon titled eMEDS Delivery (Medicine Delivery System) and enter into the eMEDS page
    • Select the Pending Prescriptions by clicking into the boxes alongside
    • Press the Pay button at the bottom of the page showing the amount
    • Enter or check the address to be delivered
    • Agree to the terms and conditions
    • Select the payment mode (credit/debit card or net banking) and complete the payment process

  1. How should I fill my details as a new patient to CMC?On clicking “click here to register Online” icon, you are directed to a page where personal & residence details of the patient have to be filled in.
  2. How should I proceed after my personal details are filled?On submitting the filled-in form, the Transid, Random number & Invoice number will be generated, which has to be noted down for further reference.
  3. Will I be given an option to choose my consultation type (General or Private)?Yes, you will be requested to select the appointment category (General or Private). If a Private Doctor is chosen, then select the doctor you would prefer to consult along with the appointment date and payment mode.
  4. How should I make payment for a new appointment?You will be directed to the HDFC payment site. There you will have to enter the required payment information of a credit or debit card from any bank.
  5. What are a web transid number and random number?Web transid number and random number are generated after saving your personal details. This will help you when you come out at any stage, you don’t have to re-enter all the details again.
  6. In case of failure while payment, will my slot be booked for me until I pay?In case of failure, the slot will be available for the next 20 minutes for you to re-enter.
  7. How will I know that my appointment is booked and confirmed?On successful completion of the payment, the system will allow you to take a Printout of the appointment. A message will be sent to your mentioned mobile number and an email to your mentioned mail ID.
  8. How should I proceed in case of failure while payment?In case of payment failure, where the money gets deducted but the appointment site closes or no information is displayed, then you can log in using the transid number and random sequence number to get a printout. If the appointment is not confirmed and money is deducted, auto refund is given. You can check your account after 7 working days of the bank. In case of failure while payment where money is not deducted, you can log in again with the web transid number and random number and can confirm the invoice for payment within 20 minutes for the same department and doctor.
  9. What will happen if I exceed the 20 minutes?You have to log in again newly with the same transid and random number and choose the department again.
  10. My payment is done, but my appointment slot is allotted to another patient. Will I get a refund?Yes, if the slot is allotted to another patient, the system will check and refund back the money automatically after 7 working days of the bank.
  11. My payment is confirmed, but I have not received any information about the confirmation of my appointment?In case you find after a confirmed payment the appointment slot has not been allotted, the system will automatically allot theslot and will send a confirmation via SMS & email or you can log in with the same transid and random number to get details of the appointment.
  12. How can I take a printout of my appointment?The patient can log in with the hospital number and correct year of birth to take the required printout.
  13. If I book an appointment for the wrong department, will my money be refunded?No, appointments booked online will not be refunded.
  14. Can I change my unit of a particular department?Unit change is not allowed. Unit change has to be routed through the Medical Superintendent’s Office by sending an email to msoffice@cmcvellore.ac.in stating the reason for change.
  15. Can I change my appointment date to another date (postpone)?Yes, you are allowed one-time date change through the page: cmch-vellore and click on “Take online appointment” and you will be directed to the patient portal login page. Log in and look under “Appointments” to find the date change option
  16. Am I allowed to change my appointment a second time?No, as per the present policy, you are allowed only once date change. If you require another date, you will have to rebook online with the existing Hospital number.

  1. I am a new patient going to visit CMC Hospital for the first time. What documents should I bring?You have to carry your original passport, your relative’s passport, and a copy of the G.O letter with the boarding address. If your relative is an Indian, he/she should also have an ID proof.
  2. Is there any document which I should bring to the International Relations Office (IRO)?Yes, you should bring your passport and the online appointment of CMC if you have already booked it online on our website. www.cmch-vellore.edu
  3. Once I complete the online pre-registration form, will my appointment be confirmed?No, for international patients, pre-registration is done only at the IRO. However, you can bring the confirmed appointments that you have paid for on the CMC website for passport registration in IRO.
  4. Why should I register in IRO each time I come to CMC?As per the State Government order, every foreign national should register each time he/she comes for treatment.
  5. Is there any formality after registration in the IRO office?Yes, after registration in the IRO office, you have to fill out the police verification form and register at the police station within 24 hours. This applies to both the patient and all the relatives.
  6. If I do not register at the police station, will there be any problem for me?Yes, you will have difficulty with treatment and travel.
  7. After registration at the police station, is any further procedure required?Yes, you have to submit the Xerox copy of the police verification form to the IRO office, which will be stamped by the police officer.
  8. If I have a short visa period and I don’t get an early appointment, whom should I contact?Contact the International Relations Officer in IRO 900B or Silver Gate 600 staff, who will help you get an early appointment date.
  9. If my patient is getting admitted to the ward and I need to extend my Visa and get my C-Form, whom should I contact?Contact the treating doctor to get the Visa extension letter (renewal of visa). For C-form, contact the International Relations Office (IRO) room no. 900B.
  10. Is it required to fill the pre-registration form for international patients and relatives?Not required. Pre-registration is only done in the International Relations Office – IRO room No. 900B (near the exit gate) for international patients. You have to submit the original passport of the patient and all the relatives for registration in the IRO 900B.
  11. Can I get treatment at CMC if I come alone?Yes, if you are admitted to the ward, a female attendant is mandatory.

  1. What is a Hospital Number Card?Hospital Number Card is a patient ID card used for all payments in CMC Vellore. One patient, One card.
  2. If my Hospital Number card is lost where should I report?Report to Payment Counters 3 & 4, located in ISSCC building, Ground Floor, duplicate card will be issued with the payment of Rs.100/ with original ID Proof (Govt. related).
  3. I am an old patient of CMC. Where can I get the new Hospital Number Card?Please approach Payment Counters 3 & 4, ISSCC building, Ground Floor with your old hospital number.
  4. What is OPAD?OPAD is the short form of Outpatient advance. OPAD is a facility through which patients are allowed to pay an advance sum of money for future use. The OPAD can be used during the course of their Outpatient treatment for several payments such as Appointments, Investigations and Pharmacy transactions, only for payments made directly to cash counters in the hospital campuses.Please note that OPAD cannot be used for online payments.
  5. Why should I transact through the OPAD (Out Patient Advance)?Doctor can make your payments, if required balance is in your OPAD. You can collect the payment receipts and laboratory slips immediately from the concerned OPD’s Medical Records Officer (MRO) counter.You can pay in your OP Floors using OPAD.
  6. Will my money be safe in OPAD?Yes, your money is safe because your OPAD can be used only for your payments.
  7. Can anyone use my OPAD?No, other patients or your relatives cannot use your OPAD balance for their payments.
  8. Where can I load money in OPAD?OPAD can be loaded with cash/debit card only in any of the payment counters in CMC.
  9. Where can I get the OPAD refund?OPAD Refund of Rs 2000 and below is given in cash counters 1,2,3,4. For higher amounts, please approach the Finance office.
  10. How long will my OPAD be valid?Your OPAD balance will be valid for one year from the date of the last payment you made or added.
  11. Can I get the refund of the OPAD?Yes, you can get a refund of the OPAD balance at any time within one year from the last payment. Rs.100 will be deducted for administrative purposes. If the refund is sought after a year, the same can be considered if the amount is more than Rs. 1000/-. Then the refund will be made in the mode of the original payment.

1) What is brand New General / New Private?
New General : A new general patient is one who will be seen by any doctor in the concerned unit.

New Private : A new private patient is one who gets to see a consultant with whom he has booked an appointment for the first time in CMC.

In certain departments, during the first visit, you may be seen by one of the doctors in the unit after which you will be referred to your consultant as a repeat patient.

Please type your Hospital number and Year of Birth. Choose the department using the option frequently visited clinic (or) New Clinic and read the description about the particular department before proceeding for payment. Payment can be done through Net Banking/Debit & Credit card

4) Where should I go for new registration and appointment for Indian patients?

Private Patient : You can go to Silver gate room no 600 with pre-registration done online / without pre-registration also.

General Patient:  You can go to ISSCC Building ground floor for general appointments, visit   Reception – 400 (For new registration form) fill the registration form, then go to the Triage, then take a token to visit the payment counters to the appointment.
5) Is there any charge to get the new registration form?

No, you can get the New registration form from the reception (400) at free of cost for new general patients.

6) Is there any assistance available to fill the new registration form?

Yes, you can get help from the OPD reception.
7) What is pre-registration for new Indian patients?

Pre-registration is the facility given for all patients to complete their sociological data online and come to make appointment in CMC

8) Where should I go for new registration and appointment for an International Patient? Is pre-registration online for necessary new international patients?

International patients need not do Pre-registration online as it is done by our staff at the International Relations Office (IRO – room no. 900 B, Prince Manor Building) followed by the new registration and doctor’s appointment at the same place. Patient and the relatives should report at IRO with the passport and previous medical reports if any.

9) Can I do my pre-registration and make my appointment in CMC?

Yes, when you do the pre- registration you will get a confirmation number. This can be presented at the SILVER GATE (600) for private appointments and ISSCC Building ground floor counters for general appointment.

10) Should I fill in separate new registration form for each department I choose to see?

No, you should register only once in CMC and get a hospital number. This number should be used for all other department consultations (lifetime number).

11) Can I use the same hospital number which I have taken online to book another appointment when I visit CMC?

Yes, you can use the same number to make all your appointments.

12) If I am registered as a private patent with one doctor, do I have to continue as private patient in all other departments?

Not necessarily. If you are registered as a private patient for one department, you may choose to register as a general patient in other departments, and vice- versa. The hospital number remains the same.
13) I have made an appointment online as a general patient. Now I wish to see a consultant. What should I do?

You can book through our online portal after crossing the general appointment date.

14) I have made an appointment online as a private patient. Now I wish to see in general. What should I do?

You can book through our online portal after crossing the private appointment date.

15) I have taken appointment online. Where should I report when I come to CMC?

Report to the respective Out-Patient Department’s (OPD) Medical Records Officer(MRO) your appointment date, time and location will be mentioned in the printout.
16) After reaching Vellore, where should I approach for an early appointment?

Appointments can be available from 492 counter by providing appropriate identity proof (voter ID card, pan card, passport, etc.,) along with Hospital Number Card. Patient and his Hospital number is mandatory when you approach 492 counters. (Subject to availability of cancellation on that day)

17) I am a private patient, after seen my doctor and he/she referred me to another clinic, what should I do?

Private referrals can approach SILVER GATE (600) New Private Patient Facility for appointment.
18) Where can I get wheel chair /stretcher?

You can avail wheel chair / stretcher from the wheel chair / stretcher bay opposite to ISSCC Building near RT Block by depositing Rs. 100/-. This money will be refunded when you return wheel chair/ stretcher by producing the receipt.
19) If my doctor gives tests, where should I get it done?

Make payment in cash counters before going for the tests. Few tests are done in OPD Building.
Blood test- G20
Urine, etc., – G21
X ray- G11 & G11A
ECG- G51

Some special tests are done in other location which will be mentioned in the payment slip. The staff in the payment counter/ reception will guide you.
20) How will the doctor see my test reports?

You have to book another appointment for revisit. All your test reports will be online. The doctor can view your reports on his/her computer.

21) Where can I get a new Hospital Number Card?

You can get it in the following locations:
o Silver Gate – Room no. 600 (Private Patients only)
o Counter No. 5 in OPD Building ground floor
o Payment counters 2, 3, 4 in ISSCC Building ground floor.
22) What is Net Banking?

Net banking is a facility for patients to pay for tests and pharmacy from your personal bank account.

23) I already have a CHRIS Card do I need to get the new Hospital Number Card?

No. You can use you CHRIS Card for identification.
24) How can I use my balance in my CHRIS Card?

If you have any balance amount in your Chris Card, you can use that amount to book an online appointment (only through our webpage   -https://clin.cmcvellore.ac.in/webapt/ - and not through our mobile app).

Please note that the balance amount can be used only for online appointments and not for investigations. 
25) How can I get the balance in my CHRIS Card refunded to me?

Refunds upto Rs. 2000/- can be procured from any cash counter if you make your request with an identity proof and your CHRIS Card. If you have lost your CHRIS card, please go to counter No. 105 to make your request. Your identity proof will have to be produced at the counter.

Those who need refunds above Rs 2000/- should also go to counter No. 105, where you can get your refund with or without your CHRIS Card.
 26) If any transactions are done by the doctor. What should I do?

You should go to the MRO in the same OP for printouts.

27) If the doctor orders medicines which is paid through OPAD, what should I do?
With your Hospital Number Card, please go straight to pharmacy dispensary counter to pick up your medicine.
28) Are all OP floor counters made cashless?

No, except a few counters all OP floor counters are made cashless. You can use OPAD, Credit / Debit card to pay in these counters

29) The doctor asked me to visit him again and have also given me lab requests for tests and prescriptions. What should I do next?

Take the repeat appointment slip and the lab requests to the payment counter or do online payment. Every floor in the OPD block has a payment counter, apart from those on the ground floors of both the main OPD building and ISSCC building. The staff there, will accept payment and give you a receipt as well as computerized test slips for the appointment and the laboratory tests.

30) My doctor referred me to consult a doctor from another department. How should I proceed?

If the concerned department has an OP Clinic on the same day and if an appointment is available, you may be seen on the same day. If not, you may book the next available appointment. If you wish to be seen as general patient, there are no additional charges, if an appointment is available on the same day. If you wish to be seen as a private patient, you may need to pay a fresh fee to see a consultant, even if an appointment is available for the same day.

31) I am an old patient of CMC, my concerned doctor has gone on long leave. I would like to visit another consultant in the same unit. What should I do?

32) Whom should I contact if I have a problem with the payment counter staff?

You may contact G31- Supervisor In-charge counter in ISSCC Building ground floor.

33) Whom should I contact if I have a problem with Outpatient Services?

You can contact any of the OPD floor managers in G52 OPD ground floor. Contact number is given in all the floors.
34) If I want to complain regarding housekeeping staff?

You can contact the OP Manager in G52.

35) Whom should I contact in an emergency situation?

In OPD – OP Manager, G52
In ISSCC Building – G31 Supervisor In charge.
Patient care facilitators in each floor.
36) Can I get refund for the tests which are not completed?

Yes, you can get refund if the doctor signs for it. You can get further information from G32 Counter in ISSCC Building ground floor. If you are a OPAD holder, the money will be directly credited to your OPAD account once your doctor cancels and refund.
37) Where should I contact for re-imbursement?

Contact CARE section (106)– located in Main Building 1st floor.

38) Whom should I contact if I lose my personal things (voter ID, passport, etc)?

You can contact Public Relations Office (PRO-620) located in the ground floor of the Main Building.
39) If my family member is missing inside CMC. Whom should I contact?

You can approach security office. They will help you find out.

40) Are all the departments located within CMC hospital?

Yes, all the departments are within CMC Hospital except- Schell Eye Hospital – 2km and Mental Health Center- Bagayam – 7km away from CMCH.
41) Are there any personal guides available outside CMCH?

No. we don’t have anyone outside CMC. For any help, contact our friendly staff and receptionists.

Please contact floor managers/ patient care facilitators for help. Their duty numbers are displayed in each OP Floor.

Beware of Touts. Don’t pay extra amount to anybody outside CMC. Always ask for payment receipt and check whether you paid any extra amount.

42) Is there any CMC authorised service centre available outside CMC to book appointments?

No, we don’t have any service centre outside. You can directly come to our cash counters to get an appointment.

Please do not contact anybody outside CMC for appointment. You might be charged extra amount than what we collect in CMC.
43) How can I reach CMC Hospital if I come by train?

Once you get down in Katpadi station, you have various options to reach our hospital.

By bus- Bus number 1&2 will reach CMC (Katpadi – Bagayam bus)

By auto/ cab- you will get auto, just outside the railway station.

44) Where should I contact if I require an ambulance from Katpadi station?

If you are coming by train, Please contact CMC Help Desk located in platform No:1 (near the main entrance of the Station)

45) Where should I contact if I require an ambulance from the airport?

46) After registration in cash counter if the appointment date is not convenient for me, whom should I contact?

Contact 492 counter in ISSCC building with patient, patient ID proof or Hospital Number Card which are mandatory for an early date if available.

47) I forgot my CMC Hospital number, whom should I contact to get back my hospital number?

Please Contact medical records in OPD Block Basement (B10).

48) If I have lost my CMC Hospital card. Where should I contact?

Contact the following locations, Duplicate card will be issued with the payment of Rs.100/ with original photo ID Proof (Govt. related).
o Silver Gate – Room no. 600 (Private Patients only)
o Counter No. 5 in OPD Building ground floor
o Payment counters 2, 3, 4 in ISSCC Building ground floor.
  

49) I need to correct my sociological data (Name, Age, Address etc.,) where should I contact?

Contact the Medical superintendent office (MS OFFICE-3) with copy of ID proof.

50) Whom should I contact to apply for birth certificate/ death certificates?

Contact the Medical superintendent office (MS OFFICE-3) with copy of ID proof.

51) I have booked two appointments on the same day at the same time in different OPDs, whom should I contact for timing adjustment?

Contact both the OPD MRO’s. He/She will help you.

52) If I need a copy of the Medical report, whom should I contact?

A printed medical report costs Rs. 150/-. During your final visit, you may request your treating doctor or the secretary of the Department for one.
53) I am a company referred patient, whom should I contact?

Contact ACCESS Staff in ACCESS counter (603)- Located near Silver gate.

54) I have an insurance card, can I use this card for my treatment?

Yes, Contact CARE (106) located in 1st Floor, Main Building
55) If I am getting admitted in the ward, can anybody stay with me during night time?

Only female attendant is allowed to stay at night with the patient.

56) If I am unable to attend the OPD on appointment date, can I cancel and get refund for my general appointment?

There is no refund policy for general appointments unless patient gets admitted in CMC. But you can postpone your appointment one day before the appointment date in the MCTT supervisor counter (G32)
57) I have lost my original investigations slips after payment, where should I contact to get the duplicate slips?

Contact MCTT supervisor counter (G32).
58) I lost my original appointment slip, where should I contact?

Contact relevant OPD MRO’s on the appointment date by giving your Hospital number. MRO will check the appointment list and then he/she will register.

59) If I need a duplicate appointment slip for my re-imbursement purpose, where should I contact?

Contact billing section (105) for getting duplicate appointment slip.

60) I need total Outpatient bill for my re-imbursement purpose, where should I contact?

Contact CARE section staff (106) to get the final total bill by producing all original slips.

61) To know the Consultant Name list, where should I contact?

You can get the Guide book from the Main reception / CMC Website. This book contains all the hospital information, including consultant name list.

62) I have been referred from casualty to see the doctor on OPD basis, if I do not get early appointment date, where should I contact?

Contact 492 counter with patient and patient ID proof, for an early appointment date for general patient. Private patient should contact Silver gate 600

63) Can I make the payment in cash counters at anytime?

You can make payment in the following counters:
OPD ground floor payment counters  (6.30 am to 4.30pm)
ISSCC payment counter – (6.00am to 10.00pm)
ISSCC payment counter number 14 – till 10 pm
ISSSCC payment counter 15 – till 12 pm
Casualty payment counters (3 & 3A)- (24 hours).

64) I need to get Master health check-up, done where should I contact?

Contact ALPHA clinic reception in Main Building. (0416 -2282290/2282299)

65) How can I find the approximate amount for the treatment before I come to the hospital?

You will need to contact the concerned department through email and give all the details of your illness. They will try to give you an estimate.

66) If I am a private patient, where will I be admitted?

You may choose to be admitted either in a private ward or a general ward.
