Access to Corporate Cashless Entry & Services (ACCESS)
ACCESS is the single window facility for processing cashless facility offered by Company Referrals, Health Insurance Companies & Third-Party Administrators (TPA).
CMCH is empaneled with various Health Insurance Companies / TPA’s.
Health Insurance:
When can a patient contact ACCESS to register for cashless service?
- For Surgical treatment – 2 days before admission.
- For Medical treatment – from 2 days before admission to 24hrs after admission.
- For Maternity patients – Immediate after admission.
What documents are required to register in ACCESS?
- Patient Insurance card copy / Policy copy.
- Patient Aadhar card copy.
- PAN card copy of main policy holder.
- Corporate Identity card (If applicable) copy.
- Copies of reports of previous hospital (If any).
- Antenatal file (applicable for maternity patients).
- Medico Legal Certificate (MLC), First Information Report (FIR), self-declaration letter for patients with road traffic accident.
- Chemotherapy protocol for Medical Oncology patients.
Note:
- Patient name should be the same in Insurance Card & Hospital Record.
- Inform the doctor about your insurance card as soon as admission plan is decided.
Company Referral:
- Before visiting the doctor, credit letter has to be activated in ACCESS.
Service provided for Company Referral Patient:
- After credit activation appointment can be booked through Telephone for repeat patients.
- If credit validity has expired, Invoice appointment can be booked through E-mail by sending the referral letter.
- New patients can also send E-mail to ACCESS to book appointment.
